About

Ph.D. candidate in Civil Engineering focused on AI for transportation safety, pavement analytics, and intelligent infrastructure. 5+ years of professional experience across roadway/rail initiatives and applied research with state DOT partners. Publications include TRR and conference work (ICCV, FMLDS). I build end-to-end ML pipelines (Python, PyTorch, OpenCV, GIS) for pavement condition assessment and safety analytics, integrate field/video data at scale, and translate results into decision support for agencies. I mentor student teams and contribute to course delivery in transportation engineering.
